Job Title: Network Security Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Monitoring & Surveillance: Continuously watch video feeds, alarm systems (fire, access
control), IT networks, and other operational metrics.
Dispatch & Coordination: Send security, maintenance, or emergency responders to incidents;
liaise with external agencies (police, fire).
Communication: Handle internal/external calls, manage radio traffic, and use public address
systems for announcements.
Documentation: Maintain detailed logs, write incident reports, and manage records for all
activities and events.
Emergency Response: Execute emergency plans, manage evacuations, and provide support
during crises.
System Management: Operate security software, manage access credentials, and handle facility
deliveries.
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring & Surveillance: Continuously watch video feeds, alarm systems (fire, access
control), IT networks, and other operational metrics.
Incident Response: Promptly react to alerts, assess situations, and initiate emergency protocols,
dispatching on-site staff or contacting first responders.
Communication: Serve as the liaison, relaying critical information between internal teams,
management, clients, and external agencies like police or fire departments.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed logs, write incident reports, and compile activity
reports for management. Coordination: Direct emergency responses, manage resource allocation, and coordinate activities for large events or disasters. System Management: Troubleshoot software/hardware, manage access controls, and ensure system performance. Customer Service: Provide support and assistance to customers or facility occupants, especially during issues.
