What You\'ll Do? Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple KARM Stores.
Repair and replace lighting, electrical outlets, plumbing fixtures, doors, and other building components.
? Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems, fire safety equipment, and emergency lighting.
Complete painting, light carpentry, flooring, and general facility repairs to keep stores safe and looking their best.
Travel between store locations, purchase supplies, and track maintenance requests and completed work.
What You Bring? General maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or similar trades).
Valid driver\'s license (F endorsement required or ability to obtain, if applicable).
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, computer, and GPS to manage work requests.
Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a servant\'s heart with a commitment to teamwork.
