Role: Test Engineer (Python, QEMU)
Location: Remote
Duration: 24 Months
Job Responsibilities
- Port existing test suites, scripts, and Jenkins pipeline jobs to execute natively or via emulation on ARM hosts.
- Develop Python PyTest frameworks to validate core compute and kernel functionality under automated stress conditions.
- Implement and maintain QEMU emulation wrappers within build pipelines to enable rapid software verification.
- Debug test failures, build pipeline errors, and environment mismatches across architecture targets.
Job Description
- Education & experience: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus heavy experience in test automation and pipeline development.
- Testing Frameworks: Mastery of Python and PyTest for complex system-level test automation.
- CI/CD Systems: Hands-on experience developing Jenkins shared libraries and Groovy pipeline scripts.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux environments, Docker/QEMU virtualization, and multi-architecture build scripts.
