Calypso Developer
Introduction:
We are seeking a senior engineer to drive platform enhancements, integration capabilities, and production stability initiatives for the Calypso-based ecosystem. This role involves extending Calypso APIs, strengthening platform resilience, and supporting large-scale integrations across partner systems while aligning with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the Calypso Front Office and CIRC platform to support complex financial products and pricing models
- Design and develop robust integrations with internal and external systems ensuring data consistency and scalability
- Lead development and implementation of custom tools for operational efficiency, monitoring, and controls
- Drive platform stability by troubleshooting critical production and integration issues
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, quants, and partner applications to translate evolving requirements into scalable solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Calypso platform (Front Office)
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, pricing, and risk flows
- Experience handling production stability, high-severity incidents, and large-scale release coordination
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure, release-driven environment with strong risk awareness
