Project Manager

What You'll Be Working On

You'll lead and support a diverse, high-value portfolio of initiatives, including:

• Enterprise-wide laptop deployments
• Citrix migrations
• Cybersecurity and infrastructure upgrades
• Azure migration of a core claims system
• Data modernization initiatives
• Guidewire migration for a subsidiary claims platform
• Migration to Microsoft Fabric

Qualifications

Experience

• 3-5 years of project management experience, or
• 4-6 years on project teams with 2+ years in leadership
• Experience with PM tools and SDLC preferred
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-department projects a plus
• Exposure to:
  • IT project implementation
  • Business process improvement
  • Change management
  • Insurance industry experience (nice to have, not required)

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Preferred fields: Business, Management, IT, Organizational Development
• PMP or project management certification highly desirable

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
