The Ask? Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM Architect / Lead. In this role, associate will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Associate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our organizations risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence. Need hands-on 7+ years ServiceNow development experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
  • Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
  • Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
  • Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.
  • Integration & Data Management:
    • Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
    • Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.? Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions
  • Implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance/Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM) instances of ServiceNow.
  • Drive process and requirements discussions, including demonstrations of application capabilities.
  • Provide architectural recommendations, guidance, and design overall technical solutions.
  • Core platform configuration updates and enhancements to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to support GRC/IRM.
  • Development to implement GRC/IRM including the following modules:
    • Policy and Compliance
    • Advanced Risk Management
    • Audit Management
    • Continuous Authorization Monitoring
    • Privacy Management
    • Workspace configuration
    • Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards
    • Update/build integrations with other systems as identified to support GRC/IRM processes.
  • Support, drive, and document for all SDLC activities including:
    • Technical Design Document including Requirements Traceability Matrix
    • UAT remediation
    • Knowledge transfer documentation and sessions to steady state support team
  • Develop scripts, workflows, and flows on the ServiceNow platform to automate tasks and integrations.
  • Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, orchestration, and other relevant methodologies).
  • Build out modules, customizations, and configurations based on customer requirements.
