Technical Lead State of Ca experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with experience in state or government roles who can work anywhere in California, preferably in Sacramento.

Will oversee complex enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience aligning IT systems with business processes, managing technical teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle.  This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy, system integration, and team execution.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead technical design and system integration efforts

·       Aligning IT solutions with business needs

·       Mentor technical teams

Minimum Qualifications

·       Must have at least one year of experience working with the State of California experience 

·       8+ years aligning IT systems with business processes

·       5+ years in a lead technical role

·       Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering A Master’s  in an IT- is preferred
