About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Specialist with strong expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Reporting.

In this role, you will work closely with the HRIS team to ensure accurate payroll processing, seamless benefits administration, and robust reporting solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Time Management

Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll for accurate and timely processing

Manage tax calculations, deductions, and compliance (federal/state/local)

Integrate Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules seamlessly

Perform payroll audits and resolve discrepancies



Benefits & Open Enrollment

Configure Benefits Cloud (plans, eligibility, life events, rates)

Support Open Enrollment cycles (setup, testing, validation)

Manage benefits-to-payroll integration and compliance



Technical (Fast Formulas & Integrations)

Develop and optimize Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)

Support configurations, enhancements, and system integrations

Handle complex business logic and calculations



Reporting & Data Analytics

Create and maintain:

OTBI Reports

BI Publisher (BIP) Reports

HCM Data Extracts / Outbound Interfaces



Deliver insights for audits, compliance, and business decisions



Collaboration

Partner with HRIS and business teams

Support HR processes like onboarding & employee data management

Act as a backup for HR Helpdesk / HRIS functions



Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

Expertise in Benefits Administration & Open Enrollment

Hands-on with Fast Formulas

Experience with OTBI, BIP, and HCM Data Extracts

Knowledge of multi-country payroll & compliance

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills



Nice to Have

Experience with OTL integrations

Exposure to end-to-end HRIS processes

Strong stakeholder communication skills
