ServiceNow Solution Architect - DPR/DCV

About the Role

A Solution architect who can recommend best process to implement Digital Product Release (DPR)/DevOps Change Velocity (DCV) in ServiceNow and also has hands on knowledge.

The candidate need not define VISA''s Change and Release management processes but should be able to recommend how their current processes can be implemented leveraging DPR/DCV so that we bring in more automation, reduce their current manual effort and streamline the process across pipelines/teams.

Responsibilities

• Recommend best process to implement Digital Product Release (DPR)/DevOps Change Velocity (DCV) in ServiceNow.
• Provide hands-on knowledge and expertise.
• Advise on the implementation of current processes leveraging DPR/DCV.
• Enhance automation and reduce manual effort.
• Streamline processes across pipelines and teams.

Qualifications

• Certifications Required: CSA, CTA, ITSM, DPR

Required Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow
• Experience with Digital Product Release (DPR) and DevOps Change Velocity (DCV).
