Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a diverse engineering team in support of ground system infrastructure development programs. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a growing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) team for a new program. The position supports Modeling and Simulation (M&S) products and all phases of the development lifecycle, including design, development, integration, and test.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, integration, and verification of RF-based ground systems for various space missions.
- Participate in system definition, requirements development, and architecture decomposition activities.
- Engage in verification activities throughout the system lifecycle, from concept development to integration and test.
- Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams to translate mission and customer needs into system requirements and technical solutions.
- Assist in defining system architecture and interfaces across hardware, software, and infrastructure components.
- Focus on RF systems, including antennas, RF front-end equipment, and ground communications infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
Clearance: A DOD Secret clearance is required for this position.
Education & Experience: 2 Years of experience with a Bachelor of Science degree, or 0 years of experience with a Master's degree.
Technical Skills:- Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes.
- Demonstrated experience quickly learning new concepts and approaches.
- Experience in the design, development, and integration of ground system software, networking, or RF antenna programs.
- Familiarity with RF communications systems, ground systems, or antenna-based systems.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00/hr - $55.00/hr.
