Role Title: Data & Analytics Insights Specialist

Duration: 6 month contract (contract to hire if its the right candidate)

Preferred Location: Remote, ability to support EST

Role Description:
We are seeking a polished, insight-driven Data Analytics & Insights Specialist who excels at turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. This role will partner closely with stakeholders to analyze digital performance, interpret trends, and help drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable presenting findings to diverse audiences, and has hands-on experience with Power BI and Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain Power BI dashboards that translate data into meaningful insights for business and marketing stakeholders
• Interpret data trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations
• Present insights and findings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Leverage Google Analytics to analyze website traffic patterns, including page performance, user behavior, and engagement trends
• Identify underperforming and overperforming pages and recommend optimization strategies to improve user experience and traffic flow
• Work directly within Google Analytics to enhance reporting, tracking, and data accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align analytics insights with organizational goals
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by using data to inform strategy and decision-making

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience working with Power BI dashboards, reporting, and data visualization
• Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, including website traffic analysis and performance evaluation
• Proven ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and translate insights into clear action items and recommendations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey insights in a polished and professional manner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or working with membership-based organizations, nonprofits, or similar mission-driven environments
