Key Responsibilities Agent Development - Design and develop Microsoft 365 Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 extensibility frameworks.
- Build conversational AI experiences, agent instructions, orchestration logic, custom topics, and fallback/escalation flows.
- Configure knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365 content repositories, Dataverse, and enterprise systems.
- Implement prompt engineering and grounding strategies for accurate, contextual, and role-appropriate responses.
Integration & Automation - Integrate agents with enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and custom connectors.
- Develop actions, plugins, and workflow automations that enable agents to perform business tasks across systems.
- Connect agents with business platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Jira, and internal applications where required.
AI Solution Engineering - Design agentic AI solutions for knowledge management, IT support, HR assistance, SDLC productivity, project governance, customer service, and operational automation.
- Develop reusable agent frameworks, accelerators, templates, reusable prompts, and integration patterns.
- Continuously evaluate agent quality, response relevance, business value, adoption, and operational readiness.
Governance & Security - Implement Responsible AI practices and support safe, transparent, and auditable AI behavior.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, access control, and enterprise governance standards.
- Support agent monitoring, lifecycle management, permission governance, and data protection policies.
Stakeholder Engagement - Translate business requirements into AI agent solution designs and implementation backlogs.
