JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Development Manager specializing in IT Services Staffing Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, acquiring clients, and expanding our client base within the IT staffing industry. Your responsibilities will include understanding the unique staffing needs of IT organizations, proposing tailored solutions, and facilitating the placement of skilled IT professionals.
RESPONSBILITIES
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the IT industry who require staffing services.
- Conduct research on IT companies, attend industry events, and leverage professional networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understanding IT Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their specific IT staffing needs.
- Assess technical skills, project requirements, and industry-specific qualifications.
- Solution Proposal:
- Develop and present comprehensive staffing solutions aligned with the client's IT requirements.
- Customize plans, pricing structures, and service offerings.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with IT organizations.
- Establish trust and credibility for long-term partnerships.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and skill demands.
- Provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaboration with Technical Recruiters:
- Work closely with internal technical recruitment teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates.
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance candidate selection.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with IT clients.
- Address pricing, service levels, and technical requirements.
- Ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve sales targets specific to IT staffing services.
- Contribute to overall business growth.
- Client Retention:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing IT clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and explore additional staffing opportunities.
- Market Expansion:
- Explore new segments within the IT market (e.g., different technologies, specialized services).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.

- Proven experience in US staffing business, sales, and recruitment processes.
- Bench sales experience in the US IT consulting industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with vendor management tools.
