Summary

Oracle EBS Technical Lead

Remote

Lead Oracle EBS R12.x application and database upgrade activities from planning through post-go-live support.
• Assess infrastructure, application architecture, customizations, and integrations - provide upgrade readiness recommendations.
• Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for custom objects, interfaces, reports, workflows, and extensions requiring retrofit.
• Coordinate Oracle patches, bug fixes, and issue resolution with Oracle Support, DBAs, technical teams and business SMEs.
• Enhancements (Upgrade) and retrofitting for the new features part of Upgrade
• Co-ordinate Testing activities along with application and testing of bug fixes
• Lead SIT, UAT, and production validation / Testing activities to ensure business process continuity.
• Define and execute cutover, deployment, rollback, and hypercare support plans.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to onsite and offshore project teams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project communications - provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices, upgrade methodology, and documentation standards.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition to production support teams.
