Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Pharma Commercial domain expertise to support key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, including sales, incentive compensation, CRM, and omnichannel marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across Pharma Commercial functions
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable insights
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Analytics
  • Support implementation and optimization of commercial systems such as CRM and Incentive Compensation platforms
  • Analyze sales performance, territory alignment, and marketing effectiveness
  • Drive improvements in omnichannel marketing strategies and customer engagement
  • Participate in UAT, data validation, and deployment support
  • Ensure compliance with pharma regulations and data governance standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Pharmaceutical domain
  • Strong knowledge of Pharma Commercial processes:
    • Sales & Field Operations
    • Incentive Compensation (IC)
    • Territory Alignment
    • CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce)
    • Marketing & Omnichannel strategies
  • Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools like Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud, or IC platforms
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to pharma compliance, regulatory requirements, and data privacy
  • Experience with commercial data platforms and customer engagement tools
