Job Title: Oracle WMS (LogFire) Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote + Travel (Orlando, FL)

Duration: 12+ Months

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS – LogFire) Implementation Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle WMS Cloud (LogFire) solutions. The consultant will work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, and integration teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-performing warehouse solutions across distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end Oracle WMS (LogFire) implementations
• Analyze warehouse business processes and map them to Oracle WMS functionality
• Design solutions for:
  • Inbound receiving and putaway
  • Inventory management and slotting
  • Outbound picking, packing, and shipping
  • Replenishment and cycle counting
• Configure warehouse parameters, task types, and workflows

Inbound, Outbound & Inventory Operations

• Configure inbound flows including ASN processing, receiving, and quality checks
• Implement outbound strategies such as:
  • Wave and waveless picking
  • Pick-to-light / RF / voice picking
  • Packing and shipping confirmations
• Set up inventory controls:
  • Lot, serial, and LPN management
  • Cycle count strategies
  • Inventory adjustments and reconciliation

Integration & Technical Coordination

• Support integrations between Oracle WMS and:
  • Oracle ERP Cloud (Inventory, OM, SCM)
  • TMS, OMS, and third-party carrier systems
• Work with technical teams on:
  • API and file-based integrations
  • Label printing and RF device configuration
• Validate end-to-end transaction flows across systems 

Testing, Training & Go-Live

• Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and configuration workbooks
• Lead conference room pilots (CRP), SIT, and UAT
• Support cutover planning and production go-live
• Train warehouse users, supervisors, and super users
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and stabilization support

Reporting & Optimization

• Configure operational and performance reports
• Monitor warehouse KPIs (throughput, accuracy, productivity)
• Identify process improvements and system optimizations
• Support enhancements, upgrades, and multi-site rollouts

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle WMS Cloud (LogFire)
• Deep understanding of warehouse and distribution center operations
• Experience with:
  • High-volume fulfillment
  • Multi-warehouse environments
  • Retail, eCommerce, or manufacturing distribution
• 5+ years of Oracle WMS / LogFire experience
• 2+ full lifecycle Oracle WMS implementations
• Experience in large-scale or complex warehouse operations preferred

Technical / System Skills

• Oracle WMS Cloud configuration
• RF framework and mobile device setup
• Labelling and shipping integrations
• Knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules is a plus
• Basic understanding of APIs and integration patterns

• Ability to translate operational needs into system configuration
