Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Demand Lead responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions focused on Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate supply chain requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions that optimize planning processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve overall supply chain agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP Demand Planning solutions

• Design and configure SAP IBP modules aligned with client business requirements

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into system design

• Configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, and master data

• Develop and optimize:

  • Demand Planning

  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

  • Inventory Optimization (if applicable)

• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other upstream/downstream systems

• Support data integration using CPI-DS

• Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization

• Provide best practice guidance to improve supply chain efficiency and forecasting accuracy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain, IT, and business operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Demand Planning module mandatory)

• Experience designing and configuring:

  • Planning Areas

  • Key Figures

  • Attributes

  • Time Profiles

  • Forecast Models

• Strong understanding of:

  • Supply Chain Planning

  • Demand Forecasting

  • S&OP processes

• Experience integrating SAP IBP with:

  • SAP ECC

  • SAP S/4HANA

• Experience with CPI-DS or other SAP data integration tools

• Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with IBP Inventory Optimization or Response & Supply

• SAP IBP certification

• Experience in global rollouts

• Exposure to advanced analytics within IBP
