Position Description-

Responsibilities & Skills Required -
The ideal candidate for this posion will have at least 7 or more years of experience as Scrum
Master and project management experience with successful delivery experience in the Financial
Services domain.
A change agent, with a passion for collaborave working, to support our teams and improve and
deliver exceponal output.
Experience working in Agile teams and an understanding of Agile pracces.
Proficiency facilitang Squad/Scrum meengs to ensure they are soluons focused.
Experience helping Agile teams establish and adhere to norms and pracces
Ability to collaborate with team members on soluons to address challenges and roadblocks.
A connuous improvement mind-set and dedicaon to finding creave ways of working
Ability to influence behavior without having formal organizaonal hierarchy.
A dedicaon to cross-funcon collaboraon, communicaon and breaking down of silos
Work directly in a squad to drive performance using Agile values, Pracces, and processes
Working with the Product Owner, candidate will support the work of the squad by maintaining
the backlog and facilitang Agile ceremonies like stand ups, sprint planning and retrospecves
Candidate will monitor team performance through the Squad s metrics dashboard and help
idenfy connuous improvement opportunies to support the team to work smarter, and more
effecvely.
Provide transparency to Fleet Delivery Lead with respect to risks, blockers, impediments at
Scrum of Scrum calls and recommend/impediment strategies for effecve and efficient
operaons
Conduct squad assessments to ensure agile principles and best pracces are being met and
achieved
Partner with Product Owners to plan quarterly IBR with focus on Strategic Objecves, Iniaves
and Capabilies based on business roadmap as well as priorizing and execung modernizaon
and hygiene work items.
Parcipate in all Squad and Fleet ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, IBR Planning, IBR
check-ins and Fleet Demo
As the squad coach, communicate effecvely, proacvely with recommendaons for
connuously improving the squads
Ensure squad agile trainings are taken and squad rosters maintained
Ensure Jira hygiene is maintained daily on Jira Board. Maintain exisng Jira dashboards and build
new informave dashboards to communicate data and drive performance improvements.
Demonstrated ability to manage mulple projects simultaneously and to resolve impediments to
meet all deadlines
Experience in working with agile and deployment lifecycles and/or tracking and process
management tools, eg. JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Release Change Management, Remedy
Change Management and others
Follow Change Management Release process and create Change proposal and change tasks in
Remedy Change Request
Monitor deployments during releases
Idenfy and analyze opportunies and make taccal/strategic recommendaons
Deep skills in project management tools, including Microso Project, Word, Excel, Visio and
SharePoint
Hands on project management approach that includes a proven track record of project execuon
Plan and conduct relevant meengs with key stakeholders
Self-movated with exceponal oral and wrien communicaon skills, ability to communicate
clearly and concisely.

Desired Skills
Experience in working on Technology projects related to Financial Services domain
Knowledge of Wealth Management, Analycs and Data & related financial services applicaons
