Principal Solutions Consultant – Oracle NetSuite

Position Overview

Dimension Consulting is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant – Oracle NetSuite to lead complex NetSuite implementations and serve as a senior, client-facing delivery leader. This role goes beyond subject matter expertise and focuses on end-to-end ownership of solution design, implementation, team leadership, and successful customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings deep functional experience across Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Integrations, combined with strong consulting judgment, delivery discipline, and the ability to lead both clients and internal teams through full lifecycle implementations.

This is a full time position, remote-friendly, with optional client travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Solution & Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end NetSuite implementation delivery, from discovery and design through go-live and post-production stabilization.
• Serve as the overall solution lead, ensuring functional, technical, and integration components align with client business objectives.
• Guide clients through business process transformation using NetSuite best practices rather than lift-and-shift designs.

Client-Facing & Advisory Role

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, process owners, and IT leadership.
• Lead workshops, solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and steering committee discussions.
• Clearly articulate trade-offs, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Functional Expertise & Execution

• Lead design and configuration across:
• Manufacturing (Work Orders, BOMs, Routings, WIP)
• Inventory and Supply Chain
• Procure-to-Pay (Purchasing, AP integration points)
• Order-to-Cash (Order Management, Fulfillment, Billing)
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and external systems.

Integrations & Data Strategy

• Oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (PLM, WMS, MES, Payroll, Banking, eCommerce, etc.).
• Partner with technical teams on integration design, data migration, and cutover planning.
• Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and reporting readiness.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and mentor functional consultants, senior consultants, and offshore teams.
• Review solution designs, configurations, documentation, and testing artifacts for quality and consistency.
• Set delivery standards and enforce best practices across the engagement.

Testing, Training & Go-Live

• Own UAT strategy, execution, and defect triage.
• Lead end-user training, knowledge transfer, and change management activities.
• Support go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-go-live optimization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of ERP consulting experience with 6+ years in Oracle NetSuite.
• Proven leadership of full lifecycle NetSuite implementations in manufacturing-centric environments.
• Strong functional expertise across Manufacturing, P2P, O2C, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience leading integrations and data migration initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing, delivery leadership roles.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and documentation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• NetSuite certifications strongly preferred.
