Infrastructure BSA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Infrastructure BSA in Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business and technical requirements related to IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, security, and end-user computing
* Analyze current infrastructure processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, process flows, and impact assessments
* Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
* Support testing, UAT coordination, issue tracking, and go-live stabilization for infrastructure initiatives
* Maintain documentation such as requirements, workflows, infrastructure diagrams, and runbooks

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting IT or infrastructure initiatives
* Experience working with infrastructure domains such as networks, servers, cloud, security, or IT operations
* Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
* Familiarity with SDLC or Agile delivery methodologies and UAT support
* Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or similar

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
