Key Responsibilities

• SAP Convergent Charging (CC): Configure charge plans, rate plans, allowances, mapping tables, and pricing logic for postpaid/prepaid usage.
• SAP Convergent Mediation (CM): Develop workflows to ingest, validat, enrich, and transform raw consumption data (CDR/EDR) from external network systems.
• Integration: Link CC and CM with Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Convergent Invoicing (CI) for E2E billing processes.
• Technical Design: Design and develop custom solutions and interfaces for rating and charging.
• Testing & Support: Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide L2/L3 support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with SAP BRIM, specifically CC and CM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Groovy, or scripting languages for mediation logic.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, FI-CA (Contract Accounting), and CRM.
• Experience in high-volume, real-time data processing and billing.
• Strong analytical skills to map, transform, and validate usage data.
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs for integration.
