Application Administrator II builds, maintains, monitors, and audits on-premise, cloud, and hybrid application installations. This may include but is not limited to, ensuring security standards are applied, troubleshooting, developing new solutions, and running projects to upgrade solutions and/or install new applications or whole systems. Ability to work closely with internal and external partners on supported applications. This will include internal teams, clinical teams, clinicalsupport teams, and vendors. Ability to effectively communicate and document the request to ensure all parties are aware and know what is needed. This position requires some on-site work to be performed from the ISD office and/or the clinical location (hospital or off-site ambulatory clinic).
The Device/Application Administrator II shares on-call rotations, as needed and scheduled. This position leads more junior members of the team during daily development efforts, system maintenance, and instances of system failures. Serves on project teams and/or leads projects that support the planning and implementation of new systems or functions and ensures that application maintenance and upgrades are delivered on time and with quality.
The Device/Application Administrator II is responsible for contributions to the knowledge base for all applications supported by the team. Documents and maintains customer training materials to ensure the applications/products are working as expected and intended by the clinical customers. Other duties as determined.
