About the Role

We're looking for a C# Software Developer to join a collaborative engineering team focused on building and enhancing scalable, secure enterprise applications. In this role, you'll contribute to both new development and modernization efforts, helping improve internal systems that drive efficiency and deliver high-quality software experiences to end users.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and enhance n-tier enterprise applications
  • Develop clean, scalable code in C# / .NET
  • Work across the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with QA and documentation teams to ensure high-quality releases
  • Contribute to architecture discussions focused on scalability and security
  • Support and troubleshoot applications, including participation in on-call rotations
  • Help define and implement improvements, features, and system enhancements
  • Assist in analyzing user needs and translating them into technical solutions

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Strong experience with C# / .NET (object-oriented programming)
  • Solid understanding of:
    • SQL / relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
    • Entity Framework or other ORM tools
    • MVVM or MVC design patterns
    • WPF / XAML (UI development)
  • Experience working with APIs and building endpoints
  • Familiarity with client-server architectures (e.g., WCF)
  • Exposure to unit testing, TDD, or automated testing practices
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on internal-facing business applications
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $43.27/hr.
