**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 1 year experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC/R systems
- Background in commercial or industrial HVAC/R or electrical mechanics preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- EPA Universal Certification required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; HVAC/R trade school certificate is a plus
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and read electrical schematics
- Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen
