Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and SuiteTax. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support NetSuite solutions, especially within manufacturing environments.


Key Responsibilities
 

SuiteTax Implementation
  • Configure and maintain SuiteTax and/or legacy tax setups including nexus, tax codes, and reporting
  • Integrate tax engines such as Avalara or OneSource
  • Ensure compliance with regional and global tax regulations

Manufacturing Optimization
  • Implement and enhance Advanced Manufacturing modules
  • Manage Multi-Level BOMs (Bill of Materials), Routing, Work Centers, MRP, and WIP (Work in Process)
  • Optimize production planning, inventory control, and cost tracking
Solution Design & Consulting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map business processes
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions
  • Prepare functional documentation such as BRD, SOW, and functional spec
 
Multi-Entity (OneWorld) Management
  • Support NetSuite OneWorld implementations
  • Handle intercompany transactions, multi-currency issues, and financial consolidation
 
Data & Reporting
  • Develop saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards for real-time manufacturing insights
  • Analyze production costs, inventory, and operational efficiency metrics

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience
  • Strong expertise in SuiteTax or tax integrations (Avalara, OneSource)
  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing / Supply Chain modules
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
  • Hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, Saved Searches, and reporting tools
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Serialized & Lot Tracking
  • Exposure to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) integrations
  • Knowledge of Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
