Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Support Consultant to provide L2/L3 support for finance users. The role involves handling production issues, system configurations, and ongoing enhancements within NetSuite financial modules.

Responsibilities:

• Provide NetSuite support for finance & accounting teams

• Resolve incidents, defects, and system issues

• Configure workflows, saved searches, custom fields/records

• Support financial processes like GL, AP, AR, FA, Revenue

• Work closely with business users for requirements and solutions

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience

• Strong understanding of accounting and US GAAP

• Experience in NetSuite financial modules

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred:

• NetSuite certifications
