Summary

Enterprise Business Architecture Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Architecture Lead to drive business transformation initiatives and align business strategy, processes, and technology investments across the organization. This individual will establish and lead the business architecture function, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while shaping future-state operating models and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the business architecture practice, frameworks, and governance standards.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise capability models, value streams, and business process architecture.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable operating models.
  • Identify capability gaps, process improvements, and transformation opportunities.
  • Provide oversight for enterprise platforms, governance, and technology investment decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and align cross-functional stakeholders around business priorities and future-state strategies.
  • Drive business and technology alignment across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise transformation, strategy, or management consulting.
  • Experience building or maturing a business architecture function.
  • Strong expertise in capability modeling, value stream mapping, business process architecture, and operating model design.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting enterprise platform governance and large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with architecture and process modeling tools.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • TOGAF, BIZBOK, or related certifications.
  • Background in management consulting and enterprise operating model transformation.
