Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud

About the Role:-
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, Copado, and Salesforce release management. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale DevOps processes across Salesforce and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud architecture, and release governance.
Required Experience:-
- 15+ years of overall Enterprise DevOps experience across SaaS and Cloud environments
- 8+ years of Salesforce DevOps and Release Management experience using Copado, SFDX, Git, and Salesforce metadata deployments
- 8+ years of experience with Copado and automated Salesforce release management
- 10+ years of AWS Cloud and DevOps experience
- 10+ years of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) experience
- 10+ years of CI/CD pipeline development and orchestration using Jenkins and/or AWS CodePipeline
- 10+ years of scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, or similar technologies
- 10+ years of Git version control, branching strategies, and repository management
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and optimize Salesforce release management processes using Copado, SFDX, and Git
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across Salesforce and AWS environments
- Automate deployment, testing, and operational workflows
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth and reliable releases
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based systems and deployment processes
- Implement DevOps best practices, governance standards, and release strategies
Preferred Qualifications:-
- 7+ years of experience with Docker, ECS, and EKS
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud architecture and services
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
