Job Description
We are seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ReactJS, Java (Spring Boot), databases, Kafka, containerization, and cloud-native architectures and a proven ability to design, build, and optimize scalable web applications that deliver secure and reliable user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using ReactJS and Java Spring Boot.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs with attention to performance and security.
- Implement Kafka-based integrations and microservices where applicable.
- Develop responsive, accessible UI components and manage state effectively.
- Write efficient SQL, tune queries, and ensure reliable data persistence.
- Containerize services and support deployments on OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including components, hooks, and state management (Redux or Context API).
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for RESTful services.
- Experience with OpenShift containers.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of databases with strong SQL and performance tuning skills.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful web services.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Kafka, and modern tooling (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
- Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to diagnose and optimize application performance across the stack.
Preferred Skills:
- UI/UX best practices with collaboration experience alongside designers.
- CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Performance optimization across UI and backend layers.
- Unit testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Mockito.
- Automated front-end build and testing tools: Webpack, Vite, Cypress, Playwright.
- Database performance tuning and PL/SQL optimization.
- State management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or MobX.
- Security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, secure coding, and data protection.
- DevOps-oriented practices and deployment automation support.
- Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments.
