Job Description:

The SAP S/4HANA Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and major enhancements across business-critical processes. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of SAP S/4 initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the SAP S/4HANA lifecycle from planning and design through build, testing, cutover, and go-live while ensuring alignment with business objectives, IT standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience with large, complex enterprise initiatives.
• 5+ years managing SAP projects, with proven end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience managing:
  • SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, or ECC-to-S/4 conversions
  • SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD (others a plus)
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (Activate preferred).
• Demonstrated experience working with system integrators and third-party SAP vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with high visibility and urgency.
• Local to the client site and able to work onsite as required.
