Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Cloud Support Analyst/Consultant to provide production support, maintenance, and enhancement for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials applications. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials modules along with excellent troubleshooting and support experience in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules
• Handle incidents, service requests, and production support tickets
• Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Procurement & Expenses
• Monitor integrations, interface errors, and scheduled jobs
• Work closely with finance users and technical teams for issue resolution
• Perform configurations, setups, testing, and validations
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for critical issue resolution
• Prepare SOPs, functional documentation, and knowledge articles
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely ticket closure

Required Skills

Functional

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials:
  • GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
• Knowledge of finance and accounting processes
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud setups and configurations
• Understanding of workflows, approvals, and reporting

Technical

• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with:
  • OTBI Reports
  • BI Publisher
  • FBDI / ADFDI
  • REST / SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with Oracle quarterly patching and release updates

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in support/ticketing environments
• Documentation and process management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT, or Computer Science
• Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred
• 2–8 years of Oracle ERP Cloud Support experience

Preferred Experience

• ServiceNow or Jira experience
• Exposure to Oracle implementation/migration projects
• SLA-driven production support experience
• Experience in shared services or multinational environments
