Epic EHR Applications Manager

Epic EHR Applications Manager | Ft. Washington or Allentown, PA | Hybrid

Innovien is supporting a large-scale enterprise healthcare platform expansion, and we're hiring an Epic EHR Applications Manager to lead the imaging applications team through it. This is a people-first leadership role with real technical depth you'll own a team of 10+ analysts and keep them focused, supported, and high-performing through active go-lives and ongoing organizational change.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations, performance management, and professional development for a team of 10+ analysts supporting Epic Radiant and/or Cupid
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for team issues, customer concerns, and operational gaps surfacing and resolving problems quickly
• Partner with project managers and senior leadership to support active initiatives, including upcoming Lumens module go-lives
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders across the service lines the team supports
• Understand the Epic build environment well enough to evaluate workload, assess risk, and step in on escalated or time-sensitive deliverables

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in a radiology or cardiology clinical or healthcare IT environment with direct working knowledge of Epic Radiant and/or Cupid
• 5+ years of people management experience with HR responsibility for analysts or technical staff in a healthcare IT setting
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change reorganizations, mergers, or major platform expansions while maintaining morale and continuity
• Strong organizational and customer-facing skills; able to set priorities with operational stakeholders, manage escalations, and communicate across clinical and technical audiences
• Comfortable as both a people leader and a hands-on contributor

Nice to Have

• Epic Radiant and/or Cupid certification, or meaningful exposure to Epic module build in a radiology or cardiology context
• Experience managing Epic implementations or major quarterly updates across multi-entity or multi-campus environments
