Description: Software Engineer - GenAI & Full-Stack DevelopmentAbout the RoleAs a Software Engineer specializing in GenAI and full-stack development, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of modern engineering solutions that enable GenAI capabilities across the enterprise. You will partner with engineering teams to evaluate new tools, build internal platforms, and support applications leveraging AI technologies. This role involves solving moderately complex technical challenges and influencing large-scale engineering initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, apply modern engineering best practices, and ensure adherence to internal standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enable GenAI capabilities for enterprise engineering teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and productionize GenAI development tools and platforms.
- Explore and integrate AI technologies, including AI Agents and MCP Servers.
- Build, enhance, and support internal applications and developer tooling.
- Implement modern engineering practices such as automated testing, CI/CD, and secure release workflows.
- Review and analyze moderately complex engineering challenges and propose well-informed solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver on Software Engineering objectives while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Minimum Qualifications- 7+ years of software development and architecture experience.
- 7+ years of experience with Java and Spring technologies.
- 5+ years of front-end/UI experience** (Angular or React with TypeScript).**
- Strong full-stack development skills across Java and modern UI frameworks.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI development tools, such as:
- GitHub Copilot / Coding Agent
- Claude
- Gemini Code Assist
- Devin
- Cursor
- 4+ years of software engineering experience** (can include work, consulting, military, education, or training).**
- Must be able to work on-site in one of the approved office locations.
Preferred Qualifications- Strong Python development experience.
- 1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development.
- Full-stack experience with multiple modern frameworks.
- Ability to work without sponsorship is a plus.
