Pay Rate: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

Job Duties
- Lead electrical design verification testing (DVT) activities
- Develop test protocols and coordinate testing with subject matter experts
- Perform bench testing using standard electrical lab equipment
- Analyze and summarize test data using Excel, Minitab, JMP, or similar tools
- Drive yield improvement initiatives and support product validation efforts
- Lead failure investigations and root cause analysis
- Track project progress and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering best practices
- Support design approval and product release activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
- 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years with a Master's degree
- Experience leading projects through DVT and production ramp-up
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proven success working with engineering teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and project leadership abilities
