Summary

Job Title: Workday Reporting Lead

Location: Onsite  Yonkers NY  


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and Dashboard reports).
  • Manage end-to-end reporting lifecycle including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain calculated fields, custom report types, and data sources.
  • Support Workday modules including:
    • HCM
    • Compensation
    • Benefits
    • Payroll
    • Absence
    • Financials
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Provide governance over report catalog, security groups, and data access.
  • Lead report optimization and performance tuning initiatives.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting requirements.
  • Mentor junior analysts and reporting team members.



Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in Workday Reporting.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Advanced Reports
    • Matrix Reports
    • Composite Reports
    • Calculated Fields
    • Workday Prism Analytics (preferred)
  • Experience with Workday security framework and business processes.
  • Strong understanding of Workday data architecture.
  • Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio) is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
