Sr Elisity Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Elisity Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operationalization of Elisity s identity-based microsegmentation platform. This role requires deep hands-on experience implementing Elisity in enterprise environments and the ability to lead that portion of a broader network/security transformation project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end deployment of Elisity across enterprise environments (campus, branch, data center, and cloud as applicable)
Serve as the technical SME and workstream lead for Elisity within larger security or network transformation programs
Design and implement identity-based segmentation policies aligned to business, application, and security requirements
Integrate Elisity with existing infrastructure:
Identity providers (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD)
Network infrastructure (switching, NAC, wireless)
Security tools (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)
Drive policy design workshops with stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable segmentation models
Oversee and execute pilot, rollout, and optimization phases
Troubleshoot complex deployment and policy issues in production environments
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers and project teams
Develop documentation, runbooks, and best practices for ongoing operations
Act as a customer-facing lead (if applicable), providing updates, guidance, and architectural recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5 8+ years of experience in network engineering and/or network security
- Direct, hands-on experience deploying Elisity in a production environment (this is critical)
- Strong understanding of:
- Network segmentation and microsegmentation concepts
- Identity-based policy models
- Enterprise networking (L2/L3, VLANs, routing, NAC)
- Experience integrating with:
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Network access control (e.g., ISE, ClearPass)
- Proven ability to lead technical workstreams or small teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zero Trust architectures
- Familiarity with SSE/SASE frameworks (e.g., Prisma Access is a plus given your current context)
- Experience with automation (Python, APIs) for policy deployment or reporting
- Prior consulting or customer-facing delivery experience
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, etc.)
