Marketing Program Manager

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for an Marketing Program Manager to join their team. As the Expansion PM for Americas region, you will be the driving force behind the flawless execution of retail expansion initiatives. From new store openings to remodels and relocations, you'll ensure every Store launch reflects commitment to excellence and delivers world-class customer experiences. This role combines strategic program management with operational excellence. You'll transform manual processes into scalable systems, manage critical vendor relationships, oversee regional expansion budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to bring retail vision to life across the largest region.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with the Expansion Marketing Manager to drive retail expansion projects and worldwide fleet marketing programs
Develop comprehensive marketing briefs and finalize marketing plans for each expansion project, securing leadership approval
Coordinate with Design and Development leads and New Store Opening partners to deliver exceptional store experiences
Design and implement sustainable processes and tools that eliminate manual workflows and drive operational efficiency
Streamline urgent store signage support for damage and maintenance issues with scalable solutions
Audit and update internal systems to ensure accuracy and alignment with current standards
Lead vendor relationships to ensure production excellence and on-time, high-quality deliverables
Review and audit marketing materials, establishing ongoing compliance with Retail Brand Standards
Maintain and update expansion budgets
Track project status weekly, providing clear visibility to stakeholders
Balance business needs with delivery capabilities to optimize outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
7-10 years of project management experience
7-10 years of marketing or brand campaign experience
Proven track record working with premium brands and managing complex, dynamic projects
Demonstrated ability to navigate and execute multiple large-scale, high-visibility projects simultaneously
Experience collaborating with large cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills, prior presentation experience a plus

Duration: 12 months with extension

Pay Range: $89.00 - $104.00 ph (CA Remote)
