Five 9 Admin 
Primary skills we are looking for:

Hands on Five9 VCC administration experience.  Application configuration of call flows, skills, reporting, and user management. (Must have)

Five9 IVA self-service experience.  Five9 IVA workflows, including task flow design, speech recognition tuning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) integration. (Preferred, but if they have experience in other tools such as Genesys or NICE they may carry over). Some javascript experience (Preferred)

Hands on experience in direct user support activities (must have)
