Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Blue Yonder IBP Solution Architect / Functional Lead to drive the design, implementation, and deployment of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP processes, scenario planning, and supply chain optimization using Blue Yonder Luminate Planning solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Planning solutions.
- Strong expertise in:
- Blue Yonder Luminate Planning
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Supply Planning & Optimization
- Scenario Planning / What-If Analysis
- Capacity & Constraint-Based Planning
- Experience leading large-scale planning transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with business leaders and executive stakeholders.
