🛠️ Core Responsibilities

Manage ETL/ELT solutions for data warehouse projects.
Perform ETL application analysis, design, development, and implementation (data analysis, access, structures, manipulation, reporting, and technical/user documentation).
Act as the primary ETL technical liaison working with infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on performance test planning, execution failure failover planning, endurance testing, and deployment planning.
Provide technical guidance to a team of developers.

🎯 Mandatory Qualifications Matrix

To pass the initial screening, candidates must match the following specific month-based criteria:

1	Experience developing ETL/ELT objects including Mapping, Packages, Scenarios, and Procedures using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).	72+ Months
2	Experience writing technical specifications including ETL source-to-target mapping documents, use cases, software architecture documents, ETL design documents, and implementation documents.	72+ Months
3	Experience writing and tuning SQL scripts including tables, views, indexes, and complex PL/SQL objects (procedures, functions, triggers, and packages) in Oracle database 12c or higher.	72+ Months
4	Direct experience working specifically with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c or later.	72+ Months
5	Experience acting as a technical team lead responsible for data warehouse and ETL platform architecture.	60+ Months
6	Experience developing, implementing, and integrating systems related to Criminal Justice processing at the state or federal level using Criminal Justice terminology and nomenclatures.	24+ Months
