5 to 6 years of Medical device Manufacturing experience (New Product Introduction - NPI) Good experience in process development & process characterization Good experience in Process Validations - IQ, OQ, PQ Experience in test fixture design Experience in PFMEA Good knowledge in Statistical analysis using Minitab Knowledge in various tools (DMAIC, Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, SPC, etc.) to analyze & improve manufacturing processes, components, & products.
