Role:                          Oracle E-Business Consultant

Location:                  Austin, TX

Duration:                  6-12 Months

Remote:                    Preferably not. But for very good candidates, can be considered.

Pay Rate:60/hr on C2C

Essential Functions

• Responsible for developing extensions and customizations to Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle ERP)
• Support Oracle E-Business Suite production environments with production issues, performance issues and data issues
• Collaborate with business analysts, business users, and other IT staff to develop optimal solutions.
• Participate and lead technical meetings
• Provide timely status updates to project leadership
• Identify and mitigate risks in process and technology
• Demonstrate strong customer services skills and a calm, positive, professional demeanor to accurately identify and resolve user issues
• Keep business partners informed of the progress of outstanding issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or similar discipline from four-year College or University; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years’ Experience developing customizations and extensions to Oracle EBS using the following:
• SQL, Oracle PL/SQL Packages/Procedures
• GIT
• XML, REST APIs, SOAP, JSON
• EDI
• 2 years’ experience developing applications using Oracle APEX
• 2 years' experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience in working in Agile methodology and using CI/CD processes.
