We are seeking an experienced
Structural Engineer to assist in the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures. If you are a licensed Professional Engineer and have at least seven years of experience performing design work in a collaborative environment, you may be just who we are looking for.
In This Role You Will:- Do structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of commercial & industrial projects
- Collaborate with the architect, owner, contractor, and other engineering disciplines, to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings
- Work closely with designers, drafters, modelers, and other in-house engineers to execute structural designs
- Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design
- Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications
- Manage projects profitably and maintain a working relationship with clients
QualificationsRequired: - Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering, or other structural engineering related field
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- 7+ years of structural engineering experience
- Design experience with structural steel and reinforced concrete for building and nonbuilding structures
- Experience with structural analysis software
Additional Education, Credentials & Experience Preferred (not required) Include: - Master's degree in civil or architectural engineering, or other structural engineering related field
- Design experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrogen, and/or Alternative Energy fields
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit
This position is not eligible for sponsorship. The expected annual salary range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000.
