Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead MDM integration and solution design across enterprise applications and data platforms.
- Define data models, APIs, integration workflows, and master data processes.
- Develop source-to-target mappings and transformation, validation, and data quality rules.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve data issues and implement effective integration solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience in data management and solution design, including MDM, API integration, data modeling, data mapping, and data quality.

Technical Skills
|
Master Data Management, Informatica MDM, APIs, Application Integration, Data Modeling, Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Quality, Data Transformation
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Customer Master Data Management, Organization Master Data, Data Governance, Financial Services, Data Integration Strategy, Stakeholder Management

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise MDM platforms and understanding Salesforce customer and account-related data models.
