on technical leader for the deployment, validation, and stabilization of advanced
data center solutions. This role is deeply engaged in customer site system bring-up, working directly with Dell internal teams, partners, and customers to ensure complex solutions are deployed successfully and achieve

ResponsibilitiesYou will: - Triage, debug and deploy Server/Storage/HPC System architectures and solutions
- Debugging and issue resolution at factory integration at Dell and 3rd-party sites
- Support of Dell Services escalation resolution when needed
- Support for lab builds and customer evals
- Travel when required

Essential Requirements - 12+ years of experience in hardware design, system architecture, or systems engineering
- Strong background in deploying and debugging complex compute and networking architectures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Familiarity with factory integration, system validation, and large-scale solution rollouts
- Hands-on experience with in-rack and data center-scale systems, including installation, configuration, and validation
Desirable Requirements - Proven experience in the design and deployment of solution-level AI and enterprise Server/Storage/HPC data center systems
- Previous customer-facing technical roles (deployment, escalation, field engineering, or solution architecture)
CompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $172,000 to $236,500.
