Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Program Director with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture, Integration Architecture, and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Aftermarket operations. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, define enterprise architecture strategies, and drive end-to-end solution delivery across business and technology landscapes.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture

• Extensive experience designing enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

• Strong expertise across:

  • Order-to-Cash (OTC)

  • Procure-to-Pay (PTP)

  • Service Management / MRO

  • Inventory Management

  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

  • Spare Parts Management

• Experience developing target operating models for A&D aftermarket environments.

• Ability to align business processes, data architecture, and technology solutions.

• Strong understanding of:

  • Digital Thread concepts

  • Serialized inventory management

  • Product traceability

  • Global service and distribution networks

Aerospace & Defense Aftermarket Expertise

• Deep domain knowledge in:

  • Spare Parts Operations

  • Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)

  • Component Repair Operations (CRO)

  • Aftermarket Fulfillment

Integration Architecture

• Expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite including:

  • Cloud Integration (CPI)

  • API Management

  • Event Mesh

• Experience modernizing SAP PI/PO environments to cloud-based integration platforms.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • API-led Architecture

  • Event-Driven Architecture

• Hands-on experience with:
