Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telecom BSS professional with strong expertise in Business Support Systems, including billing, CRM, order management, and revenue management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecom domain projects and a solid understanding of end-to-end BSS architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Telecom BSS solutions across billing, CRM, and order management systems
• Work on customer lifecycle management including order capture, provisioning, billing, and customer support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including OSS, network, and IT teams
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Perform system integration, testing, and deployment of BSS components
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Support digital transformation initiatives within telecom BSS landscape

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Telecom BSS domain
• Hands-on experience with billing systems, CRM, and order management
• Knowledge of telecom processes like Order-to-Cash (O2C), Lead-to-Order (L2O)
• Experience with tools/platforms such as:
  • Amdocs / NetCracker / Ericsson BSS
  • Oracle BRM, Siebel CRM, Salesforce (preferred)
• Understanding of APIs, Microservices, and system integration
• Experience with SQL, Unix/Linux environments
• Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx (eTOM, SID, TAM)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
