Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain identity management systems and server virtualization platforms.
Contribute to IT projects and independently manage your own projects with minimal supervision.
Administer Azure Portal and M365, including Exchange, Intune, and OneDrive.
Automate and script tasks using PowerShell and tools like Ansible.
Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues at a Tier 3 level, participating in on-call rotations.
Create support documentation and assist in training department members.

Skills

15+ years of IT experience with a strong foundation in Windows Active Directory.
Proficient in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell and Ansible.
Experience with vSphere or Azure hypervisors in large, multi-site environments.
Ability to analyze system logs for troubleshooting and trend analysis.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with messaging administration and archiving solutions.
Familiarity with patch management and systems monitoring tools.
Previous exposure to merger or acquisition activities.
Technical certifications are a plus.
