Job Description

The Product Integration Sr. Consultant I provides support to Allstate Regional leadership and Ivantage leadership teams to understand market results, goals and priorities for the Ivantage personal lines of business. The Sr Consultant I is responsible for identifying expanded market needs, gaps and opportunities and effectively communicating all information to Ivantage leadership and relevant Ivantage team members. Additionally, the role communicates Ivantage strategies to regional leadership to obtain alignment.

This opportunity is collaborative in nature with a focus on data analysis and story telling of data to support business needs. Knowledge of personal lines property policy forms would be valuable as well as the ability to partner across teams to understand and support the business.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts reviews and makes recommendations on potential program launch projects that are up to moderate complexity and are small to moderate scale using accepted project management standards

Develops strong relationships with internal parties

Responsible for understanding requirements (product need, expected volumes and constraints, etc.) and the opportunities for Ivantage to provide products to support Allstate and Ivantage strategies

Responsible for the identification, analysis and implementation of expanded market program opportunities

Identifies and resolves basic to moderately complex data issues

Has intermediate knowledge of products and is able to use data sources and Office applications to conduct research on program utilization and production trends, producing actionable recommendations to optimize programs

Functions as a liaison between regions and vendor systems or other areas of responsibility as required based on the projects to which they are assigned

Forecasts short-term deliverables

Can analyze data and review analysis from others

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

3 or more years of property casualty personal lines experience (Preferred)

Property and Causality License (Preferred)

Ability to navigate data using Microsoft PowerBI

Intermediate to advance Excel skills
  • Intermediate to advance Powerpoint skills

Education & Experience (in lieu)

In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
