- We are on the lookout for seasoned Pega Senior Business Systems Analysts with strong App Studio + Constellation experience to join our team.
- As a Pega Senior Business Systems Analyst you play a key role in the migration from Pega Cosmos to Constellation.
- The right person will be a 60% Business Architect and have a 40% System Architect mindset.
- You will be responsible for bridging business UX ideas and Constellation reality, shaping work before it hits development and preventing rework.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 6–10 years total Pega, with at least 1–2 real Constellation implementations, and strong BSA + App Studio experience.
